How Do I Renew PDS? When Does My License Expire?

The National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) administers the licenses for PDS. NWPCA members receive a discount on PDS licenses, so to avoid any interruption in using PDS, it’s best to make sure your membership is up to date, and renew your license before it expires. Find your “PDS License Renewal” date from the PDS Help tab (click “About PDS”).

NOTE: To renew online, you will be taken to the NWPCA member portal. Login using the instructions below.

Follow These Steps to Renew/make a Payment:

  1. Login here using your NWPCA Company login credentials.
  2. Look for your invoice under “Payments & History.”
  3. Click the payment icon to remit payment with a credit card, or ACH check.
  4. Or, mail a check, payable to “National Wooden Pallet & Container Association.” Mail to: NWPCA, 1421 Prince Street, Suite 340, Alexandria, VA  22314

NOTE: If payment is made prior to expiration, no other action is necessary. However, if payment is made after your license expires, it may take up to 24 hours for your license to be reactivated.
