PDS 6.9 offers significant enhancements that empower you to design pallets with greater precision and customization, including:

• Full ability to customize sizes of individual blocks.
• Specify the grain direction for lumber blocks and include in design drawings.
• Individual blocks can be deleted and floating stringer boards that are not supported by blocks can be analyzed provided that the resulting pallet design is stable.
• Top deckboards can be shortened to create “zipper” designs or made discontinuous (split) to create openings in the pallet.
