The National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) administers all PDS licenses. As a member benefit, NWPCA members receive discounted rates on PDS licenses. To avoid any disruption in your use of the software, please ensure your NWPCA membership is current and your license is renewed before it expires.
Quick answer: Pay your renewal invoice (posted 30–45 days before expiration) through the NWPCA Member Portal o via the secure payment link we email you. Pay before your current license expires to avoid downtime; if you pay after expiration, reactivation can take up to 24 hours.
You can check your license expiration date directly in PDS by going to the Help tab and clicking “About PDS.”
Step-By-Step

Sign in to the NWPCA Member Portal using your NWPCA company login credentials. - Find your renewal invoice.
Go to Payments & History. Renewal invoices are typically posted 30–45 days before your license expiration date. - Pay online (no login required).
We’ll also send you a renewal email with a secure, direct payment link. You can pay from that email without logging in, if you prefer. - Choose your payment method:
- Credit Card – Click the payment icon in your invoice.
- ACH Check (U.S. only, up to $5,000).
- Check – Make payable to National Wooden Pallet & Container Association and mail to:

After You Pay
- Paid before expiration: No further action needed—your PDS license renews automatically.
- Paid after expiration: Please allow up to 24 hours for your license to be reactivated.
